Jett Business TechnologyThis support plan uses state of the art monitoring tools and processes to check the health of your systems each day. These multi-point checks provide us with and an "up to the moment" understanding of situations that can develop into problems for your users. In addition, JETT's Problem Resolution Labor is All-Inclusive in your Monthly Support Fee. This support plan delivers effective monthly control by including all necessary problem resolution labor as part of a predetermined monthly support fee. SumIT provides a very effective plan for ensuring your support costs is consistent and contained each month.

- Windows OS Patch Management
- 3rd Party Software - Deploy and Patch
- Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
- Key Applications Maintenance
- Antivirus updates
- License/Asset Management
Automated and Manual Systems Monitoring:
- Hard Drive; RAID Systems: Disk Queue
- Memory and CPU
- Network Connectivity
- Antivirus State
- System Events

Excludes:
- Purchase and Installation of New Hardware/Software
- Network Issues Due To ISP/Carrier
- Major Upgrades

This plan differs from SumIT only in the fee structure, which is based on a time/materials cost structure when JETT works to resolve problems and issues. The very same technical support measures present in SumIT are provided with EssentialIT but with a 'pay as you go' model for problem resolution when the need arises.

Jett Business Tech Servers
This support plan delivers an on-site technician to the customer's premise at regularly scheduled session times to handle those maintenance tasks that can only be done or should only be completed while in the presence of the equipment being supported.
