For the second year in a row, JETT Business Technology, an IT company in Atlanta, has been named to the Bulldog 100. This year JETT was named to the distinguished Bulldog 100 out of over 550 nominations. Applicants were measured by their outstanding performance in compounded annual growth rate during a three-year period. The average compounded annual growth rate for this year’s Bulldog 100 businesses was 59 percent!
In addition to annual growth, awarded companies must consist of at least 50% ownership by a University of Georgia graduate and operate in a manner consistent with the Pillars of the Arch and in keeping with the values and image of the University of Georgia. JETT is owned by Brett Little (UGA BBA ’84), Jim Martin (UGA BBA ’84), and Ken Nagel.
“The Bulldog 100 recognizes outstanding alumni achievements, broadens those business leaders’ networks and celebrates a spirit of innovation at UGA,” said Meredith Gurley Johnson, executive director of the UGA Alumni Association. “These alumni are leading the way in business, building better communities, and are committed to their ideas, their innovations and their employees. They reflect the value of a degree from the birthplace of public higher education and we are proud to celebrate their successes.”
